Musketeer Gripweed, the legendary Colorado-based, blues-fusion band Musketeer Gripweed simply explodes onstage with the energy and fervor of a revival preacher out to save a filthy sinner's soul. This group of highly accomplished musicians, however, isn't about pushing religion -- they're about creating American blues, rock and revival music with a message.

With a passion influenced by modern and classic rock 'n' soul heroes, Musketeer Gripweed creates an extraordinarily powerful live energy, and the band's gasoline intense vibe manifests in spontaneous, uncontrollable dancing and a compulsion to stand up, run to the stage and testify. Musketeer Gripweed has been a blues/rock fusion fixture in Colorado and beyond for 20 years.

With their music in the top 10 of Colorado artists on state radio stations, Gripweed continues to perform and tour regularly. Gripweed is comprised of Jason Downing (Lead Vocals, Harmonica), Ben Hockett (Bass, Vocals), Matt Goldberg (Keys, Organ), Stu Crair (Drums) and Lance Ruby (Guitar).

Musketeer Gripweed is honored to have shared the stage with prominent acts such as: Los Lobos, Greensky Bluegrass, Trampled By Turtles, North Mississippi All-Stars, The Revivalists, Aquarium Rescue Unit featuring Col Bruce Hampton, JJ Grey and Mofro, Lucas Nelson and the Promise of the Real, Marcus King Band, John Brown’s Body, The Big Wu, Dumpstaphunk, Anders Osborne, Pimps Of Joytime, Steve Kimock Band, Dead Floyd, The Grant Farm with Keith Moseley (SCI), Garaj Mahal and music festivals including: Jazz Aspen Snowmass, Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest, South By Southwest (Austin, TX), FoCoMX, YarmonyGrass, Oregon Country Fair (Eugene, OR) , BandSwap – Portland (Portland, OR), Joshua Tree (CA) Music Festival, Lander Brewfest (Lander, WY), Bark and Bluegrass, Westword Music Showcase, O’Dells Small Batch Festival, What Fest Heading 1 Heading 2 Heading 3 Heading 4 Heading 5 Heading 6 Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
