EventYo aggregates publicly available event listings from third-party sources — including venue websites, city calendars, community organizations, and similar public sources — and presents them in a unified feed. We do not create, organize, or endorse any event listed on the Site.
Event details (dates, times, locations, prices, cancellations) are sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always verify event details directly with the organizer or venue before attending. EventYo makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any event listing.
The Site aggregates data from third-party websites and may contain links to external sites. EventYo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party sites. We do not endorse, and are not affiliated with, any event organizer, venue, or third-party source unless explicitly stated.
EventYo’s original content, branding, and software are the property of James Davis and may not be reproduced without permission. Event data aggregated from public sources remains the property of its respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia, USA.
