Break Up with Social Media
In this interactive workshop, certified Neuropsychotherapist Dr. Elisa “E” Curl-Woodruff of Thompson Therapeutics & Mediation will help participants explore the impact of social media on brain health and build a plan to reduce/eliminate time spent using it.
Dr. Curl-Woodruff will guide participants through written exercises that will help them connect with personalized reasons for wanting to do so; identify and address cognitive, behavioral, and lifestyle barriers that may interfere; and commit to a personalized detox plan.
Participants should bring a notebook and writing utensil to the session. This program is free to attend and is open to all ages.
Registration is not required. For more information, please reach out to Amy at [email protected] or (815) 756-9568 ext. 6108.
