October Open Ranch Horse Show 10/18
Part of the Ranch Horse Open Buckle Series, this show begins with halter and ground handling, followed by a brief tack change and open arena time before moving into riding classes. Ribbons are awarded to the top six in each division.
Riders must participate in three of the four shows in the series, and within a division you need to complete four of five to qualify for buckle awards. Class fees are $12 for non-members and $10 for members, with a mandatory $10 insurance fee per rider.
Pre-registration is through Saddlebook, with payment available online or on site, and completing registration at the office on show day adds a $10 office fee. Memberships count toward year-end awards and are available at $40 for an individual, plus $5 for each additional family member up to five in a household.
For details about year-end awards, reach out through Facebook or a board member.
