*What is a sound bath?*
A sound bath is a meditative experience where a facilitator uses instruments like singing bowls and energy bar chimes to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support well-being by shifting the body into a healing state. Participants typically sit or lie down, close their eyes, and focus on the vibrations, allowing the sounds to quiet the mind and body while also helping to release tension and promote self-awareness.
