Get Wild! a Fu N Ru N/Wa Lk for rescued animals

Get moving for a playful run and walk benefiting rescued animals at TY Park in Hollywood, gathering at Pavilion 4. Participants and their pets are encouraged to wear costumes, and leashes are required for four-legged friends.

Prizes will be awarded for standout outfits, and raffles add extra chances to win. All proceeds support the Everglades Animals Coalition.

The event begins with check in at Pavilion 4 to get costumes ready. Quick-footed hashers can jump into a pre-event warm-up dash called Follow the Hare around the park path, then return for the main event.

A guided warm up with Pachi Shanaberger from Prana Yoga sets the pace before everyone heads out together for a group walk or run around the track. The celebration continues with a costume contest and awards, followed by the close of the event.

Registration is $25 for early sign ups and $35 afterward.
