Museum of Discovery and Science
Spooktacular Science
October 31 (Halloween) • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Calling all ghouls and goblins!
Grab your cauldrons and join us for spook-tacular science at MODS! Get ready to experiment with flying ghosts, show off your best moves at the Monster Mash Music Party and capture hauntingly cool pics with Spooky Spot.
Explore a Halloween-decorated Makerspace where families can get creative making Candy Corn Catapults or Vibrating Spider Bots. Meet some creepy, crawly animals that call the Museum home, and enjoy scheduled Trick-or-Treating sessions within Museum exhibits.
Decorate your own pumpkin, sponsored by Truly Nolen (pumpkins are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis). Costumes encouraged.
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please avoid facemasks and toy weapons, including toy guns. Cost: Included with Museum admission.
