Grand Junction
Movie Club
Many people enjoy going to the movies but don’t have the opportunity to talk about the movie with others. This club offers a fun and friendly forum for film discussion on movies that range from classic musicals like “West Side Story” to Independent films such as “Nomadland” and “The Florida Project “.
The club selects movies that are widely available on streaming services or on library DVDs, along with some new releases, which members watch individually in advance of the meeting. Members rotate hosting responsibilities, with discussions held the first Tuesday of the month at 4 p.m.
Wine, soft drinks and shared appetizers are served.
