Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass
Herb Alpert appears with a newly assembled Tijuana Brass and six accompanying musicians for a 90 minute, informal concert filled with beloved Tijuana Brass classics. Marking the 60th anniversary of Whipped Cream & Other Delights in 2025, the set includes songs from that landmark album along with favorites like The Lonely Bull, Spanish Flea, A Taste of Honey, Mexican Shuffle, Tijuana Taxi, This Guy's In Love With You, What Now My Love, Zorba the Greek, Ladyfingers, and Rise. Between numbers, Alpert takes questions about his career, A&M Records, and collaborations with artists such as Sergio Mendes & Brasil 66, The Carpenters, and Burt Bacharach. A large video screen complements the music with archival photos, videos, artwork, and memorabilia spanning more than six decades.
