Beyond Mobility Flow
Starting October 1, join Lana Malzi for a refreshing practice designed to help release everyday tension, calm the mind, awaken your natural energy, and leave you feeling more grounded and alive. Beyond Mobility is a gentle practice of movement, breathing, and awareness that helps bring the body and mind back into balance.
Through simple, flowing movements, you’ll gently wake up the body, ease areas of tension, and create space for greater vitality and ease. It’s a beautiful way to begin your day, to pause, breathe, move, and recharge before stepping into everything the day has to offer.
No experience is needed. No flexibility required.
Just come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and give yourself a little time to breathe and move. This program is FREE but registration is required.
Registration will open a week in advance for each session! To register, stop by the Circulation Desk or call 724-539-1972
