Naples
Ánima Botánica
On view in Fogg Café October 1, 2026 – July 9, 2028.
See the natural world from a whole new perspective. Here, towering air plants offer shade like a Florida live oak, orchid petals may tickle the top of your head, and a greenhouse frog—no bigger than a thumbtack in real life—might make an ideal companion on your stroll through the Garden. All invite you to imagine what it feels like to be just one inch tall.
At this new scale, hidden relationships and quiet processes come into view. The intricate connections that sustain plants, animals, and the ecosystems we share are revealed, reminding us that the living world is expansive, complex, and wonderful.
Don’t miss our spotlight exhibiton, Historias del aire y del suelo | Stories of Air and Soil, by artist Pseudomero on view in Kapnick Hall through October 25.
