A carefully crafted evening of shared-table dining unfolds in a historic setting, celebrating community, preservation, and standout cuisine. The evening also spotlights the 2026 Living Legends, honoring New Braunfels community members known for leadership, generosity, and enduring impact.
A multi-course menu, created in collaboration with leading local restaurants, features locally inspired flavors, served family style and paired with curated beverages in an intimate outdoor environment. Seating is limited to maintain a personal atmosphere.
Tickets are $250 per person. All proceeds support restoration of the historic Hinman House, preserving a cherished New Braunfels landmark for years to come.
