Nickel Plate Express: Terror in Transylvania

Join us aboard the vintage Nickel Plate Express for a spine-tingling night of suspense, laughter, and mystery as the supernatural elite gather deep in the heart of Transylvania. But beware—before the night ends, one of the guests will fall victim to foul play… and it’s up to you to solve the crime.

Enjoy a delicious fall-themed dinner served aboard the train, featuring a chili bar with all the fixings, warm cornbread, crisp salad, and a decadent seasonal dessert. The bar will be open throughout the evening with themed cocktails and fall favorites available for purchase.

Choose Your Role at Checkout: When purchasing your ticket, you’ll decide whether you’d like to be a Suspect or a Detective: Suspects will be active participants in the mystery. After ticket purchase, each suspect will need to provide a valid email address.

We’ll send a short form to help us assign your role, along with guidance on simple props or costume suggestions. You won’t need to memorize lines or perform for a crowd—just come ready to interact, share clues, and have fun.

Detectives will work to crack the case by interviewing suspects, piecing together clues, and solving the mystery before it’s too late. Costumes Encouraged!

While only suspects will be assigned roles, all passengers are encouraged to dress up and get into the spooky spirit. Think vampire, witch, werewolf—or whatever creature lurks in the night.
