Crossfit on the Green by PPG CrossFit

Community: Peachtree Corners join us every thursday morning at 8:00 am for a free, high-energy crossfit workout on the town green, held from march 5 through november 19 at the town green @ town center (5200 town center blvd). these weekly sessions offer a motivating outdoor fitness experience designed to build strength, agility, and endurance in a fun and supportive community setting.

led by crossfit ppg, this all-levels class is open to everyone—from beginners just starting their fitness journey to advanced athletes looking for a new challenge. each workout is fully scalable, allowing participants to work at their own pace while still being challenged.

certified trainer terrance fox of crossfit ppg leads each session, delivering workouts that are both dynamic and inspiring. participants will also have the unique opportunity to incorporate fort pain, the one-of-a-kind outdoor obstacle course located on the town green, into their workouts. designed for adults 18 and older, fort pain features 26 obstacles inspired by spartan races, american ninja warrior, and u.s. army ranger training, adding an exciting and functional training element to each session.

participants should bring water (no glass containers) and a small towel or two. a mat is optional. wear comfortable workout attire and supportive athletic shoes suitable for outdoor movement.
