Sip & Support at Spring Lake Farm

The Laker Educational Foundation holds its 4th annual Sip & Support on Saturday, October 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Spring Lake Farm, 18860 Fairlawn Ave in Prior Lake. It is the foundation’s largest fundraiser of the year.

The Spring Lake Farm team is preparing a farm-to-table dinner: seasonal appetizers and a three-course plated meal built around produce from the farm’s own organic fields and meat from a rancher in Elko New Market. On arrival there are cocktails or mocktails, an appetizer or two, and silent auction items to browse and bid on, all donated by local businesses and residents.

Most dietary requests can be accommodated. Tickets are $150 and include two drink tickets, with a cash bar for anything more.

Proceeds benefit Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools students through the foundation’s grant program. Tickets are on Zeffy , and more about the foundation and its grants is on the Laker Educational Foundation website .
