2026 Summerville Chili & Brunswick Stew Cook-Off
Teams face off to claim top honors for the best chili and Brunswick stew. Chili and Brunswick stew will be sold, and tasting bracelets let attendees sample every entry and cast a People’s Choice vote.
The cook-off also features arts, crafts and retail vendors along with live musical entertainment. Prizes are on the line in both chili and Brunswick stew divisions.
Judges Choice awards are $500 for first place, $200 for second, and $100 for third in each division. People’s Choice winners split the pot funded by tasting bracelet sales and receive cash prizes and trophies.
A separate award celebrates the best team theme and spirit with trophies and plenty of pride. The day also welcomes the arrival of the TVRM Steam Engine passenger train.
