Chili Cook-Off & Trunk or Treat

Downtown Kingston hosts a family-friendly Halloween celebration that pairs a Chili Cook-Off with a festive Trunk or Treat. Costumes are encouraged, and kids can trick-or-treat among decorated trunks filled with candy in a safe, community-focused setting for all ages. The event is free and open to the public, creating a spooky, happy Halloween atmosphere in the center of town. Official event information and any registration are available only through the City of Kingston DDA’s channels.
