The class will be held at the Joske Pavilion from 8:00am – 9:00am This beginner-friendly class introduces the principles and practice of Taijiquan (T’ai Chi Chuan), Qigong (Chi Kung), and traditional Chinese exercises. Through gentle, flowing movements, deep breathing, and mindful meditation, participants will learn foundational concepts, philosophy, movement patterns, and exercises that promote relaxation, improve balance and body mechanics, increase focus, and cultivate mindfulness.
Together, these ancient practices encourage greater self-awareness, confidence, inner calm, and overall well-being.
