Celebrate Christmastime and Community with Calidanza, as dancers and musicians transport you to Mexico with its unique holiday festivities. Experience the colorful costumes, cultural traditions, distinct dances, and live music from Jalisco, Sinaloa, Oaxaca, Michoacán, and now from Baja Norte and Chihuahua.
Artistic Director, Steven Valencia and the Calidanza Dance Company, with musicians from Vinic Kay, once again welcome you to enjoy this visually stunning, joyful holiday celebration. ¡Feliz Navidad! Don’t Miss!
Free arts and crafts in the lobby at 5:30 pm Traditional posada (procession) and festive community party, featuring students from LBC’s Mariachi Cantares de Mi Tierra and Ballet Folklórico program, will follow the performance. 20ª Posada Navideña Anual de Calidanza Dance Company Viernes, 11 de diciembre 6:30 p. m. Celebre la Navidad y a la comunidad mientras los bailarines y músicos de Calidanza nos transportan a diferentes regiones de México y sus festividades navideñas únicas.
Disfrute de trajes coloridos, bailes distintivos y música querida de Jalisco, Sinaloa, Oaxaca, Michoacán y ahora de los trópicos culturalmente diversos de Tabasco, donde se mezclan influencias africanas, cubanas, españolas e indígenas. Únase al director artístico Steven Valencia y a la Compañía de Danza Calidanza una vez más para esta celebración navideña visualmente impresionante y alegre. ¡Feliz Navidad! ¡No te lo pierdas! A las 5:30 p. m. artesanías gratuitas en el vestíbulo.
