Disney's Hocus Pocus in Concert with the ASO

Enjoy a screening of Disney’s Hocus Pocus with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra performing John Debney’s score live in sync with the movie, led by conductor Stuart Chafetz. Debney, an Emmy Award winning and GRAMMY nominated composer, wrote the original music for this Halloween comedy.

The plot follows the Sanderson sisters, seventeenth century witches accidentally resurrected on Halloween in modern day Salem, as they try to steal the life essence of local children to prolong their own lives. Three prank loving kids, helped by Thackery Binx, a boy transformed into a cat centuries earlier, work to stop them.

Directed by Kenny Ortega, the film stars Bette Midler as Winifred, Sarah Jessica Parker as Sarah, Kathy Najimy as Mary, Omri Katz as Max, Thora Birch as Dani, and Vinessa Shaw as Allison. Presented under license from Disney Concerts.
