Regain, Maintain Lifelong Agility, a Touch to Inform Seminar

AGILITY means being able to move easily in any direction quickly and lightly. This requires good balance, a brain that senses whole body action, easy joints, and an even give and take between the flexors and extensors of all muscles working in synergistic patterns.

We were Agile once – why not now? Could it be that o ver the years age, injuries, habitual overuse, and disease interfered?

The good news is that you can regain more agility, or maintain what you have, when you consider looking at how patterns can interfere with mobility and ways to interrupt old patterns with easier, more efficient movement without pain or strain. “This is the one Seminar that put all pieces together for me. Do Less to Do More is a mantra I use every day for myself and tell all my patients to do so as well.” — C.B.
