In this hands-on, two-hour workshop, Riley and Ashley will guide you step by step through the cheesemaking process, from turning milk into curds to stretching and shaping your finished mozzarella.

This is a partner experience: two participants work together at each cheesemaking station to create a batch of fresh mozzarella. Come with a friend or come on your own and meet someone new!
