The White Caps community band plays the T-Pier during the Lighted Boat Parade. The Morro Bay White Caps set up at the T-pier otter viewing area at 6:00 PM on parade night and play while the Lighted Boat Parade works the harbor, which makes the north Embarcadero both the best viewing stretch on the water and the one with a live band.
