Sundays, November 1–22 9:30–10:30 AM Find peace, clarity, and focus in this grounding and restorative four-part series! Meditative drawing is a structured, guided practice that uses simple, repetitive drawing patterns to gently move the mind beyond noisy, surface level thinking and into deeper, calmer layers of awareness.
As the practice unfolds, the nervous system settles, mental chatter softens, and attention becomes steady and relaxed. These sessions offer active meditation, a deliberate step out of Doing Mode into a quieter, more grounded state of mind.
Each week, you’ll be guided through carefully designed exercises that build from class to class, allowing you to explore the practice more deeply. No previous experience or artistic skill is necessary.
Whether you have participated in one of our previous workshops or are completely new to the practice, you are welcome to join. All materials are provided.
