Join instructor Kathryn Palmieri for a mindful exploration of rose hip, a vibrant autumn fruit with nourishing properties and a deep connection to the harvest season. Through a guided meditation accompanied by sound bowls, you’ll engage your senses as you observe, smell, and connect with the plant before enjoying it as a warm tea.
This experience will allow you to create space for relaxation, reflection, and greater mind-body awareness. You’ll explore the themes of harvest, transition, and letting go and discover simple ways to incorporate rose hip into your everyday rituals.
