From Palette to Palate: An Evening of Artful Pairings

Thursday, October 22, 2026 5:00–6:00 p.m. Art Preserve, Flex Space Register Join us for our second Pour & Pair at the Art Preserve, featuring Island Orchard Cidery of Ellison Bay, Door County, Wisconsin.

Each beverage has been thoughtfully selected to pair with the work of Wisconsin artist Eugene Von Bruenchenhein (1910–1983). Hors d’oeuvres designed to complement the featured libations and showcase Island Orchard’s own vinegars are included.

Experience an evening of artful pairings while learning more about Von Bruenchenhein’s work and Island Orchard’s approach to cider making. Cider will be available for purchase during the event.

We’re open late for you Thursday nights at JMKAC and the Art Preserve. Explore the galleries, enjoy $1 off drinks at the Fred Smith Bar from 4–8 p.m., take part in free hands-on art making at both locations, and see what else there is to discover.
